Townhouse Interior Design by Philip Galanes Philip Galanes was an entertainment lawyer, Chief Operating Officer for a children’s media company, and is now an author, avid furniture collector and consults on interior design projects. Philip now also consults on interior design projects for select clients. Recent projects include a House in East Hampton, interior design, furnishings and art for an Edward Durrell Stone townhouse, and a guest house/garden pavilion in Greenwich Village.

Architectural photographer : Bilyana Dimitrova Bilyana Dimitrova started working as a photography assistant for Peter Aaron, David Sundberg and Jeff Goldberg, of Esto Photographics, Inc, as well as for Scott Frances, Michael Moran and Paul Warchol. Currently residing in the New York Metropolitan area, Bilyana receives commissions as an architectural photographer and is the photo editor for Metropolis magazine. Her schedule at the magazine is such that it allows her to continue her active career as a photographer. This is some Bilyana’s work.

Grouf House by Lundberg Design To understand the Grouf House you need to understand the budget; for almost every design decision made was driven by budgetary considerations. Northern California is one of the most expensive places to build in the world. Most of the houses we design tend to cost in the range of $800 per square foot. We built the Grouf House for slightly over $200 per square foot.
