Interior Design Program

Interior designers utilize the elements of color, lighting, pattern, texture and shape to transform a space full of possibilities into an environment that supports and inspires its occupants as they live, work or play. They work in collaboration with contractors, consultants and architects to incorporate life safety, universal accessibility, sustainable materials and code compliance into the design of interior space. Interior designers balance a client's practical, technical, aesthetic and budgetary considerations while relishing the unique challenges of each project, from homes to trendsetting retail environments.
